Pie Funds Management Limited, issuer of the JUNO KiwiSaver Scheme, is licenced by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice.

Nature and scope of financial advice service

On this website, we mainly give opinions and recommendations in relating to our JUNO KiwiSaver products.  However, we also may give opinions or recommendations about other products including other managed fund products (such as products in the Pie Funds Management Scheme, also issued by us).

Please note that our KiwiSaver call team cannot provide advice, but we do have some useful tools on our website such as our Fund picker tool and our Calculator.

We, and our staff who give advice, have duties under the Financial Markets Conduct Act.  When giving advice, we must meet the standards of competence, knowledge and skill, and ethical behaviour, conduct and client care set out in the Code of Conduct for Financial Advice Services.  We must exercise care, diligence and skill and give priority to your interests.

Conflicts of Interest, Commissions and Incentives:

We are manager of the Juno KiwiSaver Scheme and the Pie Funds Management Scheme (Schemes): Pie Funds receives fees as manager of these Schemes.  Pie Funds benefits financially if you invest in one or both of the Schemes.

We manage this conflict of interest by disclosing it to you and ensuring our recommendations and opinions are subject to compliance review.  We monitor our staff’s adherence to our internal compliance framework.
